We stayed here for 2 nights and we appreciated our choice. The room was cozy with mini fridge and microwave and the staff was affable.

We loved our stay in this ultimate hotel with the accommodating staff. The stay was really really nice.

We had a really nice experience. The whole staff was exceptional.

All in all everything was great, had a NICE stay for the price. The polite staff accommodated all the needs. The room was cleaned and available with separate bedrooms for the parents.

We loved a quiet location, incredibly comfortable rooms and efficient staff.

The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a good area, so close to restaurants and the parkway. The continental breakfast was at the pancake house, loved it.

My experience was really nice, everything was great. The room I booked was cleaned and available with microwave and the bathroom, as for instance. I had access to free parking, nice pool. I could park the car on-site.

We liked the full English breakfast and the graceful staff. Very specious room, contemporary, with big beds. Iconic hotel centrally located in the city. The restaurant was outstanding and spotless. Plunge pool and Irish bar were available. Good price-value balance, attentive service offered.

The bedroom was separate, and the bed was comfy. The view out of the windows was absolutely beautiful. Central location, at a near distance from dolly parton's stampede. Easy check-in. Not to mention free parking on site.

Top location; airy rooms with brand new furniture. Having different good drinks in the salad bar was a very nice touch.

Ideal location, fairly large and big rooms. Were all welcoming. Our room had a comfy bed and an incredibly beautiful view. Liked Pigeon Forge, the hotel was fully booked. Easy check-in, late check-out...

spent our time here nicely. our queen room accommodated us perfectly. again, the hotel is 1 mile from a boutique distillery.

Satisfied with the hotel, it's a fabulous base for staying in Pigeon Forge. Rooms are very clean, climate control, a mini-refrigerator and a microwave oven were provided too.
